GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The Green Bay Metropolitan Sewerage District has approved a deal with CH2M HILL Wednesday.By a 3-1 vote, the comission entered into a contract worth over $8 million with CH2M HILL, which is the lead firm designing a new waste management system for the district.
